Stylish hotel in a beautiful building with breathtaking views of the ocean. Thanks to the customer-oriented staff everything was perfect, including a great selection ofwell presented food.

all good — we thoroughly enjoyed this great family run hotel — the food was amazing and the stuff where very professional and customer-facing. it took only 10 minutes to walk to maestranza bus stop. the breakfast was nice hot, it included milk, croissants, pancakes, eggs, and cheese.

The location, once we'd negotiated driving through the narrow streets, was good, with parking right outside the hotel, and it was only a few minutes walk to anywhere on the island.
We enquired about watching a programmes on Sky tv and were told it would cost 12 euros per programme. But when we said ok we'll watch the Masters tennis final we were informed the hotel didn't suscribe to that particular Sky channel.

Bright and renovated hotel, great location overlooking the sea. Helpful staff and friendly proprietor. Recommended a nearby excellent restaurant.

In the earth of Ortigia (old part of Siracusa as an island), in front of the sea. Really nice. The city is beautiful. Go to the Solarium near by the hotel to have a bath with local sicilian people. Really great place.Hope we will get back soon.

Recently sensitively renovated to a very high standard. Freshly-squeezed orange juice at the included breakfast! Did not try the dinner but a reasonably-priced set meal is available, changed every day. Don't miss the Vin de l'Assassin restaurant just round the corner - high quality French food.
The small dining room was sometimes overstretched for breakfast. Essentially a boutique hotel, there are no large public areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this family-owned venue with lovely new rooms offering an ocean view, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.

The location was breathtaking , our balcony was overlooking the see, but having said that the hotel manager was not all all helpful especially when we complained that there was nothing left at breakfast by 9 am. Only one staff on at breakfast to look after all, was absolutely run off her feet.
You have a great hotel but the management is very poor and not at all helpful .

We loved the view. The room was big and we enjoyed having our own sinks. The location was great and we looked right out to the sea. It came at a perfect time during our holiday. Next time we are in Siracusa, we will book the Royal Maniace again.

We stayed in a hotel located right on the water, within the old city. Our room had a balcony with stunning views over the Ionian Sea. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The bathroom had a good shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great selection, including typical Sicilian fare. The hotel was also conveniently located within easy walking distance of the duomo.
The WiFi in our room wasn't very strong, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was simply amazing, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Ortigia and we has a beautiful view of the sea from our bedroom. It was excellent value for money, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
We never had problems parking (i.e. we always parked outside the hotel) but I can imagine that parking would be a problem in summer.

We liked everyting. The staff was more than helpfull. The location was perfect. Overlooking the sea each morning makes your day. Even though its location in the middle of the old town there was enough parkingplace available.
